Tomato Polymorphisms (Koenig 2013 PNAS)

SNPs and INDELs for six tomato species. These polymorphisms were identified in Koenig, et al.'s 2013 PNAS paper. Detailed information about the contents of this compressed file are contained within the included 'readme.txt'.

This file contains four tables:

These tables contain polymorphisms for six species:

- SHA: S. habrochaites LA1777
- SPE: S. pennellii LA0716
