1. Let seed dry on plant until siliques are completely brown (but before they split and drop all of their seed) 2. Collect seed and place an aliquot in a 1.5ml screwcap eppendorf tube 3. Create a database entry for your seed in the seed database 4. Place eppendorf tube in desiccator with lid loosely placed on top 5. Keep in desiccator for two weeks after dessicator reaches 15% humidity 6. Remove from desiccator and tighten cap quickly 7.
